If you are currently in the UK on a different visa (Student Visa, PSW, Tier 2, Dependent, etc), you can switch to the Global Talent Visa. You need to obtain an endorsement from a recognized body like Tech Nation and meet the eligibility criteria for the Global Talent Visa. Once endorsed, you can apply to switch visas through the UK government’s online portal. We can help you through the whole process.

The timeline can vary. Typically, the endorsement process takes up to 8 weeks (mostly 2 - 4 weeks from experience). Once you have received your endorsement, the visa application itself usually takes around 3 weeks or less if you are applying from outside the UK and 8 weeks or less if you are applying from within the UK. It’s advisable to start your application process well in advance to accommodate these timelines.

The Global Talent Visa offers numerous benefits, including the freedom to work for any employer or be self-employed in the UK. It also provides a pathway to settlement after 3 years for those with exceptional talent and 5 years for those with exceptional promise.
